Shake up your life - work through a pandemic

Six months into a new and exciting leadership role - as I was in the middle of penning a new digital strategy - I led my team into a lock-down. As a leader I can confirm that there is nothing like a crisis to bring the best (and worst) out of a team - what I didn't expect was the way I have come to know and respect this group of people so much more than any other team I have lead. This blog is about my reflections on working as a CIO through the pandemic - and how we emerge from it. What we have learned as professionals, what we want to take forward into our working future and what we want to firmly leave behind.

I have never worked so hard - I have never found work so hard - and I know that I have a lot of hard work ahead of me.
